Brown 9 boneless chicken thighs or 4 breasts in skillet.

Add salt, pepper or onions to taste.

Half cook the chicken.

Add bottle of Heinz Chili Sauce and 3/4 bottle of beer. [1/4 quarter for the cook. ]

Cook over medium heat and render liquid until liquid is thick and chicken is almost over cooked.  Serve with veggies, rice or pasta

Delicious, also works with pork and or beef cubes.
