1 - Reef Sharks of the Bahamas Paul & Sheryl sail to the Bahamas, explore a blue hole, and dive with more than a dozen reef sharks.

3 - Hit by a Hurricane - Paul and Sheryl voyage down the ICW from Lake Ontario to Florida dodging tropical storms and finally a hurricane.

8 - Frostbite Sailing - Ice-sail at top speed over frozen Lake Ontario, windsurf in the snow and join 8-foot dinghies competing in a blizzard.
9 - Bermuda Triangle - Paul & Sheryl prepare “Two-Step” for a trans- atlantic journey through the Bermuda Triangle.

12 - Earthquake - Paul & Sheryl dive a 16th century shipwreck in the Azores then an earthquake strikes the island and they are lucky to survive.
13 - People who Cross Oceans - The Shards cross the Atlantic, and meet other world sailors including a French rock star and a singlehanded racer.
14 - Pillars of Hercules - Paul & Sheryl sail the south of Portugal and on to Gibraltar where they explore the historic Rock.
