		Hello Everyone!  Greetings and all the best for the Year 2001! For the last few months we¹ve been aboard our boat, Two-Step, sailing and filming along the hot coast of Costa Blanca and the Balearic Islands. We¹re now back in Canada (brrr!) for Boat Show season and are also busy working on the post production for our new television series, Distant Shores, (to air across Canada on CLT next Fall, as well as in the UK on BskyB this Spring). We¹re also writing lots of articles for our Canadian Yachting column, DIY boatowner magazine and twice-a-month features on the internet magazine, SailNet Website Updates: We have posted new photos and video clips from our voyage on our website. (Out of courtesy to those of you travelling we¹re now sending text-only newsletters but invite everyone to drop into our web site to view some "warm-you-up" photos and video clips of our adventures.  See You at the Toronto Boat Show on Sunday January 14th We¹ll also be conducting our regular winter cruising seminars. On Sunday January 14, we¹ll be at the Toronto International Boat Show  to answer your cruising questions. 11:00 AM-1:00PM - book signings between The Store/Mason¹s Chandlery booth #G555 and Ports/Nautical Mind booth #G547. 2:00-4:00 PM - Canadian Yachting booth. Please check the itinerary on our website to see if we¹ll be conducting seminars in your neighbourhood. Hope to see you!  Recipe of the Month Sheryl has collected new recipes on our cruise which she¹ll be posting monthly on SeaRoom¹s Galley Recipes, but this month she shares her mother¹s famous Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe. And don¹t forget the SeaRoom Forum. We¹ll be participating on the Forum panel while we¹re home, so please post your queries and we¹ll get a good discussion going! Video Special Winter arrived early in Southern Ontario this year. How about where you are? We¹re still shovelling out from under the 53 cm of snow we¹ve got in Orillia! If you¹re suffering from the winter blues, our books and videos are a wonderful cure! We¹re running a website special on our most popular videos, "Cruising the Bahamas" and "Transatlantic Crossing". See you in the tropics!  We fly back to the boat in Menorca at the end of February to sail further east into the Med for the spring and summer. But for now, we¹re enjoying time with our families and would like to take this opportunity to wish You and Yours, Health, Happiness and Prosperity in this exciting New Year.
