Veleda's cruising entries are divided into section,
more-or-less by year or region, in order to maintain reasonable order.
Some few early logs, mainly in the Florida/Bahamas region, are missing, but
Aubrey is gradually recapturing these from Veleda's comprehensive logbook. We
will insert these as they are received.
As may be seen, Veleda has now cruised extensively through North America,
Bahamas, Trans-atlantic, The UK and Europe, the Canaries and back to the
Caribbean. The logs are a gold mine of information for anyone intending to take
a sailboat into any of the regions visited, for Aubrey and Judy have created
extremely detailed logs full of local knowledge, not only about ports of entry,
but of the regions themselves. A history buff, Aubrey devotes a great deal of
time and effort digging into the history of each place visited.
